What it is

The hard part isn't knowing AI matters; it's making good decisions about it, repeatedly, under pressure, after the initial clarity is set. You want a senior thought partner who already understands your organization and will tell you what they see — including what's hard to hear. This relationship is earned in prior work; it follows an engagement, it doesn't start cold.

This is the engagement of access and thought partnership. I stay close to the problem, close to you, and useful across the organization when discovery or decisions require it. By the end of a term, your leadership team holds a clearer shared view of where AI creates real value, in what sequence, and with what investment. The work sharpens your point of view — not mine. I tell you what I see, including what you won't want to hear, and reason transparently enough that you can interrogate the logic rather than trust the conclusion.

I don't replace your internal teams or your vendors. I help you sequence, supervise, and course-correct their work so it adds up to the outcomes your board expects — vendor and RFP review, first AI-infused workflow design, board-session prep, exec-offsite facilitation.

I’m Tyler Scriven.

I've spent my career designing powerful company cultures and operating at the messy intersection of innovation and real problems inside real organizations — large and small, as an operator, a CEO, a board director, and an investor. Now I'm fortunate to do it as an advisor to CEOs and leadership teams trying to make sense of the moment we find ourselves in.
